Okay, so if you've been reading this for awhile you will have picked up on the fact that I'm not particularly fond of/adept at cooking. Bummer. This was fine in my student days, when it didn't matter, but with a small family to feed I can't go around making toast every night. Tempting as that sounds. A current go-to, easy peasy favourite of mine is the humble Tuna Salad, a combination of whichever vegetables we can forage from our garden/Ma's house, and a can or two of Tuna. Super yum, super filling, and healthy too. For some reason I really like serving it in enamel 'camping' bowls, perhaps because I feel as though we've missed out on so much camping over the past few years. I especially love the mini enamel bowl that Garland uses. SUPER CUTE!

Lovely pic. I've never been a fan of tuna, but the salads it is used in always look so yum!
