Down to the river

 March is falling away, and with it, Summer.

But in April we have a baby to meet. So bring on school holidays and Autumn and downy baby hair.

It's been a lot harder to get out for adventures these last few weeks, but yesterday we were able to fit in a trip down to the river.  We don't visit this place nearly enough, Rosa and I practically lived here when we were kids.  

These two are very at home here, they innately know it as turangawaewae, I guess.

Next time we visit I'll remember not to take my camera with me.  Nothing like using your senses, rather than watching it all through a lens.
